A full-bust doll is a different thing to live with than a standard build, and the difference is weight distribution. The chest carries much of the mass, so the doll handles top-heavy: harder to lift, and less stable seated than a build of the same height with a smaller bust.

Sizing in practice
Ask for the weight before you buy, not after. Full-bust builds in the same height class can differ noticeably depending on cup size, and that number decides whether you can move her on your own.
What to confirm before you order
Request the measured height, weight and cup size of the build in stock, plus a photo of the finished chest. Stock rotates, and the cup size available changes with it.
Care
Warm water and mild soap, dry thoroughly underneath the chest where moisture collects, then powder. Support the chest when lifting rather than taking her weight by the arms.
