Realism is decided by the face and the surface finish, not by size. This page collects the builds we consider the most lifelike in the range, held in EU stock.
What makes a doll read as realistic
Three things, in order: the face sculpt, the finish (matte reads as skin, gloss reads as plastic), and how the limbs move under their own weight. Studio photos flatter all three, which is why a daylight close-up of the head is worth asking for.
What to confirm before you order
Ask which sculpt is in stock, and request a daylight photo of the finished head rather than the catalogue shots. Finishing varies slightly between batches – that is normal, but you should see what you are buying.
Care
Warm water and mild soap, dry fully including the channels, then powder. Regular powdering is what keeps a matte finish from turning shiny with use.
FAQ
How do I compare two dolls for realism?
Compare face photos in daylight, then compare the finish. Height tells you almost nothing about realism.
